Akhirnya, pixs from gathering of my old college mates at Eddie's Secret Recipe on 09/08/08. Susah betul kalau nak berkumpul sekali 104 orang. Ramai sangat super achievers sampai takde masa... hehehe. Anyway, dapat kumpul 24 orang (23%) pun jadi la. Hopefully we can get more to attend for our next gathering. Puasa pun dah dekat, ada jamuan buka puasa tak? Sapa tak puas hati gambar dia takde, kasi comment la.

It's been a month since I shot the wedding of Ferhan & Adelita at the One World Hotel, Bandar Utama. And finally after meeting with the official photographer, Saiful Nang*, I got his permission to publish my shots in my photoblog. I could asked his permission earlier, but due to tight schedule between 'real' job & editing/customising album, I'm not sure I could give my best in both. I hope I'm not too late to congrats both pengantin. Semoga bahagia ke anak cucu. Enjoy the pixs!

After wedding kat Gombak, saya terus pecut to another photo shoot at Shah Alam. Alhamdulillah I was well prepared dgn extra flash batteries, camera batteries, memory cards, smart tag & perut yg kenyang. Hawa relatives (bride yg hired saya) cukup susah hati tengok saya tak makan lagi. Sebelum saya pengsan baik makan sikit. Sedap jugak nasik kenduri tu

Anyway, Alhamdulillah lagi, saya sampai boleh kata within schedule & masa tu guests tak ramai lagi. So boleh start shooting semua guests yg ada masa tu. Tema birthday boy hari tu ada colour blue, red & white plus safari theme. Thanks to Azurin & Hasery (parents Iman) & relatives sbb layan saya dengan baik & support my efforts in this biz. Tu yg hang out lama sikit lepas guests semua dah balik. Makan bertambah-tambah huhuhuhuhu...

Hullo all!

For now saya tak boleh nak publish gambar wedding yang saya tag along dengan Saiful Nang & Udey Ismail kat One World Hotel. Reason was dia orang pun tak upload lagi pixs tu. Kang lawan tokey pulak Anyway it was a well deserved experience for me. From 7 p.m till 1 a.m, I learnt a lot, itu pun Saiful Nang cakap "aaa... tu baru huruf Alif". Ada momentum, drive it forward kata dia. Tapi tu le bunyik shutter tak berhenti2 berbunyi dalam kepala sampai le Monday noon. Nasib baik on leave.

Alhamdulillah, officemate saya Kak Hawa selamat diijab kabulkan dalam suasana yg sederhana tapi meriah. Family dia dah le sporting belaka. Family dia paling risau klu tengok photographer nie tak makan-makan lagi. Bukan apa, nanti mengah pulak rasanya. Since pengantin decided not to have majlis bersanding, kebanyakan pixs mostly revolve around friends & family. Makan beradab ada tapi kira simple la jugak, pakai baju pengantin & makan dengan side masing-masing. To Kak Hawa's family, thank you for our kindness & support. Semoga Kak Hawa & husband berbahagia ke anak cucu, cicit, piut, oneng dan sebagainya.

Belasah je lyrics lagu KFC tu. Last sekali saya pergi zoo rasanya lebih kurang 13 tahun dulu. tapi takde banyak perubahan. Entrance Zoo Negara reminds me of entrance to Stadium Merdeka. Maybe the design came from the same architect. anyway, saya samapai around 9.30 am, tapi orang dah ramai jugak le coz on the same day WWF & MyCat ada buat event to save the tigers.
Yg paling best tengok the big felines punye confinement, siap ada moat gitu. Through my missus observation, she told me that the felines would follow me around, ie kita ke kiri, dia pun ikut ke kiri. Tu lion & Bengal Tiger punye movements. Mesti dia rasa cameraman nie banyak daging . Yang Sumatran tiger lagi best, dia tengok kita, sambil tu dia masuk dlm moat tu & swims at us. Kita observed je le sambil shooting camera. Parents mana ntah punye le cuak siap warning anak-anak dia orang "ke belakang! ke tepi! Jangan tengok dekat-dekat!". Kita lagi syok ada la. Next time I am going to spend more time to shoot pix of these big felines. Anyway I really hoped Zoo Negara management would do something about their zoo. There were news about moving it out of the city limits tapi tak tau le. Kesian jugak some of the animals' cages kecik je.

Finally, save the tigers! Stop buying animal parts and the killing will stop.

On 09/12/2007 I paid a visit to my Alma Mater, the Royal Military College (RMC) to celebrate & witness the planting of a time capsule that will be opened in 07/07/2057. In it are documented visions & aspirations from OPs & momentos from present. The time capsule was carried by a heli to the parade square (huh... byk kenangan atas padang kawad nie, mostly tak best, tapi ingat balik kelakor pulak... hehehe) where a simple parade took place (speech from OP Radzi Sheikh Ahmad & parade inspection). The time capsule then was carried by two Puteras to the newly reconstruct roundabout just outside the parade square. Banyak betul dah berubah coz I rarely visit my school after graduation. Tangga yg naik mencanak by the hillside tu pun dah ada bumbung. Dulu klu hujan ribut berlari le naik staircase yg beranak-anak tangga tu.

Pokok-pokok rambutan kat tepi jalan pun dah takde. Kalau musim rambutan, some of us pergi le panjat pokok tu after military training on Saturday. Kekadang nampak officers or NCO lalu berterabur jugak kita orang menyorok. Tapi kalau pakai camo sapa nak nampak... hehehe. Melalut lak.

Anyway, after all that, one OP was kind to sponsor satay & other makan-makan at the gymnasium. Besar gymnasium nie, jangan ingat mcm Fitness First pulak We really enjoy the satay party. Met some of my seniors, rasanya dia org dulu lagi tinggi. They were part of the committee for the event. Biasa la, kalau cerita dulu-dulu memang tak habih la.

I left the Alma Mater with a question playing in my mind, will I be there in 2057?
